Payment Terms
We accept payment approval by PayPal, Visa,
Master Card, American Express, or Discover prior to processing order.
Shipping
Overnight ... Receive your work by Fed Ex Standard Overnight
the next morning for certain services completed by 7:00 PM Eastern.
CLI is not responsible for delays, lost packages or circumstances
beyond our control caused by Fed Ex.
Ground ... Receive your work by Fed Ex Ground as defined
by the Fed Ex ground delivery times.
Sending Materials to CLI...We suggest that clients use an overnight shipping service that provides tracking.
CLI is not responsible for lost packages. CLI recommends you insure your package. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Turnaround Times
Our goal is to never miss a deadline. We will go to extraordinary
efforts to make your deadline. However, CLI does not warrant or
intend that our Turnaround Time guidelines are contractual.
All orders are subject to review by CLI to ensure all information provided is correct and deadlines are feasible. Clients agree to these terms by submission of their job.
Turnaround Time guidelines:
Two days is our usual studio turnaround time. Jobs arriving at CLI after 5:00pm EST will be scheduled on the next day. Normal working hours
8:30am-11:30pm EST Canceling an Order
If you cancel a job in progress, you are responsible to pay for the work that has been completed. Cancellation or changes to an order must be faxed or e-mailed, verbal instructions are not accepted.

Copyrights
CLI must have legally binding permission to duplicate,
digitize or reproduce materials that are marked, known, or suspected
of being protected by copyright. CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO SEND
CLI PERMISSION TO COPY MATERIALS THAT HAVE COPYRIGHTS OR ARE PROTECTED
BY COPYRIGHT LAW. By agreeing to these terms, you assert you as
a customer of CLI have the legal right or license authorizing the
requested reproduction or digitization. When placing an online order
you must click an "Accept" button which constitutes a
signature accepting these terms.
Limits of Liability
Color Logic Inc., DBA CLI or CLIStore.com will exercise reasonable care with materials entrusted to us. Submitting your work to us constitutes an agreement by you with us that if such materials are damaged or lost by us, or that we fail to meet your job deadlines for any reason, that we assume no liability for any damages or consequences suffered by you. Items of value or the actual production project sent by the customer should always have the necessary insurance to cover any such occurrences provided by the customer. The customer also assumes all liability under current "copyright laws" and under any and all other statutes arising from the performance of Color Logic, Inc. of any services for the account of the customer, and by submission of job agrees to indemnify and hold Color Logic, Inc. free and harmless of all suits, claims, damages, and other liability and expense which may arise directly or indirectly out of or by reason of services performed by Color Logic, Inc. for the customer.
